All mini-M terminals
with a problem that cannot be remotely rectified will be replaced
within 2 working days. The only prerequisite is that terminals
use Navarino SIM cards or CCC (Crew Calling Cards) exclusively.
Terms and Conditions
• Navarino has a 2-day period to determine
if the problem can be fixed onboard and act accordingly. Within
the 2-day period, Navarino is obliged either to fix the problem
or to give the green light for replacement.
• The Terminal owner must be using either a SIM card
or PPC cards from Navarino for the replacement guarantee to
be valid.
• In case the terminal was originally purchased from
a different supplier, but uses Navarino’s SIM, the replacement
guarantee is valid. If the user wants to take advantage of
our replacement guarantee but does not use a Navarino SIM
card, we will undertake to replace it on the condition that
our SIM card will be used in the future.
• If the terminal is not covered by warranty then we
replace it (to save time) but we charge the customer for the
broken part. If the terminal owner does not want to fix the
malfunctioning terminal then he should return the replacement
terminal to Navarino or will get charged for a complete new
set at standard list price.
• Shipping costs: The customer will be charged for the
malfunctioning terminal and for the replacement terminal.
Shipping costs that may arise if we send the terminal back
to the factory will be paid by Navarino.
