The enhanced version of StratosOne, Stratos all-in-one, cost-saving software application for efficient and reliable, satellite-based maritime messaging and communication will be available at the beginning of Q3 2004.  
 
With StratosOne, maritime users have access to a unified software solution that provides a single mailbox to support all of their messaging needs, including e-mail, fax, telex and SMS messaging. StratosOne features an easy-to-use Windows-based interface and supports file attachments. The service also supports e-mail for maritime crews, with on-board billing, and it provides optional access to up-to-date weather, news and sports information.  
 
A key benefit of StratosOne is that it can significantly reduce the cost of ship-to-shore messaging communication through its use of file compression, to reduce the amount of data that is sent, and simultaneous two-way data transfer, to make more efficient use of satellite time.  
 
StratosOne supports most Inmarsat satellite platforms, including Inmarsat-A/-B/-M/mini-M and Fleet), as well as Iridium, Marinesat/Landsat and StratosITek(tm).
