We are pleased to inform you that there is a special offer applicable to all the holders of Stratos Crew Calling Cards (Scratch cards).  
 
1. This offer runs until March 31st, 2004.  
2. The offer applies from 23:00 to 03:00 GMT/UTC in all ocean regions.  
 
There is a 40% discount during these hours. Instead of the usual 10 units that are deducted every minute on Crew Calling Card calls, the offer will allow crew members to benefit by deducting from their account only 6 units per minute. Therefore, calls made during the offer cost 40% less per minute.  
 
Please note that there is no change in the nominal price of the cards. The purchase and selling price of the cards is not affected. The difference is that each card can be used for a longer duration during the offer.  
 
This offer applies only to Crew Calling Cards calls and not to calls made via the mini-M terminals’ SIM cards.  
 
It is recommended that you advise your vessels of this offer. It gives your crew members access to very low rates during the specified times.
