Thrane & Thrane has for some time co-operated with Schahin Administração e Informática Ltda. (Schahin) of Brazil on integrating Thrane & Thrane’s new mini-C (easyTrack) terminal with Schahin’s logistic and tracking & security solutions. Following a successful integration and test period, Thrane & Thrane and Schahin have entered into a framework agreement on delivery of 4,800 land mobile mini-C terminals of which 800 mini-C terminals already have been delivered. Delivery of the remaining 4,000 mini-C terminals is expected to take place during the next 12-15 months. The agreement with Schahin represents Thrane & Thrane’s largest order for land mobile mini-C terminals to date and Thrane & Thrane sees the order as an important step in capturing a large share of the attractive market for land mobile tracking terminals in South America. Consequently, Thrane & Thrane intends to continue its efforts to attract new tracking, security and logistics solutions providers in the Americas in order to build further sales of mini-C terminals.  
 
The agreement does not change Thrane & Thrane’s financial expectations for 2002/03.
